1. Purpose

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website revioos.com (hereinafter, the WEBSITE), owned by THE OWNER. Use of the WEBSITE confers on the person using it the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of the provisions set out in this legal notice.

THE OWNER reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the WEBSITE at any time, as well as the conditions set out here, without prior notice.

2. Information in compliance with the LSSI-CE

In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the owner's information is stated at the beginning of this notice.

Access to the WEBSITE is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider the user has contracted.

The user undertakes to

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed entirely by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the WEBSITE, THE OWNER and the user submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them, except where the law provides for a different jurisdiction to protect the consumer user.
